Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Act as the main contact point for internal and external stakeholders for the National Director (ND).
Manage ND’s calendar, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively.
Facilitate communication and manage correspondence, including email and social media inquiries.
Draft and review presentations, reports, and talking points.
Organize Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, retreats, and events, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Oversee the ND’s travel logistics and maintain the office master calendar.
2. Financial & Procurement Support
Prepare and monitor the ND’s office budget.
Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies.
3. Other Duties
Attend spiritual and professional development sessions.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (NGO experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
