Key Responsibilities:
Support the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system to meet project data requirements and ensure effective knowledge management.
Collect high-quality data, update the THRIVE 2030 database, and conduct regular Data Quality Audits (DQA).
Ensure project participants’ progression is tracked and progress reports are produced in line with donor requirements.
Collaborate with Development Facilitators to monitor project participants and document impact stories.
Assist in conducting Baseline, Annual Impact Measurement (AIM), and Evaluation processes.
Participate in training and capacity building for project teams and community leaders to strengthen the MEAL system.
Support knowledge management by ensuring key documents are uploaded to World Vision’s Information Management system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, community development, program design, statistics, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within livelihood programs.
Strong skills in data management, statistical software, and MS Office.
Experience in capacity building, data collection methods, and data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
A committed Christian with strong integrity and a willingness to work in the field.
Work Environment:
80% fieldwork, 20% office-based.
Local travel is required, with the potential for international travel.
