We are seeking an Associate Director of Grant Management to oversee grants and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee grants and PNS projects assigned by the Integrated Programmes Director.

Lead capacity development in grant management for the National Office (NO).

Build and maintain relationships with donors and development partners.

Develop systems for grant compliance and performance management.

Collaborate with Resource Development and Communications teams for funding proposals and marketing materials.

Build capacity in staff for grant management and reporting.

Qualifications:

BA in Social Sciences or higher (Master’s preferred).

At least 6 years of experience in grant management.

Strong relationship-building skills with partners and donors.

Familiarity with USG, EU, and UKAID policies.

Work Environment:

80% office-based, 20% fieldwork.

International travel required.
