Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Driver (Mobile Sales) to join our dynamic team in Lusaka. The role involves managing mobile sales operations across Zambia, delivering agricultural products, and ensuring excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities

Deliver agricultural products to customers across Zambia, including small-scale farmers, NGOs, and government institutions.

Drive and maintain vehicles, ensuring timely service and repairs.

Support mobile sales initiatives by visiting markets and increasing sales trips.

Travel extensively (up to 20 days monthly) to various regions outside Lusaka.

Build strong relationships with small-scale dealers and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid truck driver’s license (up to 7MT).

5+ years of driving experience with a strong safety record.

Familiarity with Zambia’s road networks and agricultural markets.

Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
