Job Overview

UPL is seeking a highly motivated Agronomist to manage mobile sales operations across Zambia’s Central and Northern provinces. This role involves expanding market share, driving sales growth, and introducing innovative agricultural products to local farmers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive mobile sales and achieve monthly targets in Central & Northern provinces.

Expand dealer network and build relationships with small-scale farmers, NGOs, and government institutions.

Promote and demonstrate new agricultural products.

Conduct farmer meetings and organize product demonstrations.

Maintain profit margins and ensure timely communication with customers.

Collect advance orders and manage Copperbelt & Eastern Province operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the agrochemical industry.

Strong sales, marketing, and relationship management skills.

Ability to adapt, think strategically, and deliver results.
