Key Job Responsibilities
Our Data Cleanup Project Associate will:
– Manage and reconcile pension contribution records and member databases to ensure accurate benefit payments
– Handle employer contribution reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
– Coordinate with Zambian employers to ensure timely submission of pension returns and contributions
– Maintain accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for pension scheme members
– Process Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and RTGS transactions for pension contributions
– Resolve member identification issues including NRC verification and duplicate registrations
– Generate daily progress reports on data cleanup initiatives
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
– Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels (Credits in Mathematics and English required)
– Diploma in any of the following fields:
– Business Administration
– Finance
– Accounting
– Social Sciences
– Related field
Experience:
– Minimum 1 year working experience in:
– Member/employer contributions management
– KYC documentation handling
– Public sector database management
– Financial record keeping
Skills and Competencies:
– Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent attention to detail
– Proficiency in database management
– Good communication skills in English
– Experience with financial reconciliation
