Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Community Development, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in employment coordination, community engagement, or human resources, preferably in the mining industry or similar heavy industries. Familiarity with rural communities in Northwestern Province is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and HR software.

Cultural awareness, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and knowledge of local labor regulations.
