Job Overview

As a Specialist, Training, Content Developer, you will create SCORM-compliant e-learning courses, manage training platforms, and ensure competency development within the organization. This position is based at Kansanshi Mining Plc in Solwezi, offering great career growth in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update e-learning courses using tools like Articulate 360 and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Ensure all training content meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and technology gaps.

Qualifications & Experience
