Job Description – Finance Officer (Compliance)

As a Finance Officer – Compliance, you will support financial and administrative functions within the Health and Wellness department. Your role includes managing financial transactions, supplier invoices, budget tracking, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Reconcile accounts and track supplier invoices for timely approval and payment.

Manage accounts payable and ensure proper invoicing and payment processes.

Track outstanding purchase orders and consultant payments.

Act as a liaison between Health & Wellness and service providers on financial matters.

Support budget planning and CAPEX financial management.

Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 Certificate.

Certificate or equivalent in Accounting.

ACCA/CIMA Level II.

Must be a member of ZICA.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
