Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mine Services Supervisor to join our operations at Kalumbila Mine. This role oversees critical mining support services including equipment relocation, fuel management, and electrical infrastructure maintenance for our open pit mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mining support operations including lowbed movements and heavy equipment relocation
• Manage cable installation and maintenance for electric mining equipment
• Oversee fuel bowser operations and refueling schedules
• Ensure compliance with Zambian mine safety regulations and standards
• Coordinate with mining operations teams to maintain production efficiency
• Lead and develop a team of mining services personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) registration
• Valid Zambian driver’s license
• Grade 12 School Certificate with full results
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in open pit mining operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
