Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.

Install and upgrade software, hardware, and communication tools like phones and projectors.

Monitor and maintain service desk logs, identifying trends for process improvements.

Develop policies, documentation, and records for IT support functions.

Manage hardware assets, software licenses, and backup tape inventories.

Collaborate with regional support teams to resolve customer requests.

Ensure high standards of housekeeping in IT workspaces, server rooms, and racks.

Assist with IT projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to FQM standards.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support across hardware, software, and networking.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server/Desktop Operating Systems and Office Suite.

Experience in LAN technologies, ERP systems, and multicultural environments.

Relevant certifications (A+, Network+, MCSE) and ITIL understanding (preferred).

Valid driving license and ICTAZ membership.
