Role Purpose:

The Seed Technician will operate machinery to ensure seed cleaning, grading, treating, and bagging processes meet legal and Bayer’s best practices. The role involves organizing production materials, maintaining production shift records, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment safely and effectively during shifts to achieve 95% of shift target volume.

Ensure compliance with statutory and domestic regulations, focusing on safe working practices.

Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.

Promote safety by leading Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) initiatives at the site.

Maintain accurate operational records for mass balancing, costing, and inventory control.

Adhere to and participate in all ESH policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Electrical, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plant operations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.

Proficient in computer applications.
