Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cash management sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored financial solutions.
Drive sales for cash management products such as Absa Access, Bank Direct, and payment solutions.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while retaining existing clients.
Collaborate with relationship managers to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Monitor sales performance, update sales pipelines, and prepare client reports.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience: Strong background in corporate banking, cash management sales, or financial services.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning skills.
