Lumwana Mining Company (a Barrick Gold subsidiary) is inviting applications for the position of Physiotherapist to join its Health and Safety team in Kalumbila. Key Responsibilities

Provide physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to employees, contractors, and dependents

Manage and support workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work programs

Maintain accurate physiotherapy records in line with professional standards

Work closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals

Conduct pre-employment and task-specific functional capacity assessments

Support employee wellness, injury prevention, and occupational health programs

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate

Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution

Minimum of 3 years clinical experience

Registration eligibility to practice in Zambia

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Computer literacy, including MS Excel and other MS Office tools

Excellent report writing and presentation skills

Knowledge of Zambian mining, labour, and safety legislation

Proven commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
