Program Purpose

This First Quantum careers opportunity aims to develop future finance leaders through a comprehensive training program. Over three years, successful candidates will rotate through various finance functions while completing their ZICA or equivalent qualifications. Sales analysis and reporting

3. Accounts Payable

Account reconciliations

4. Capital Accounting
AFE management and approvals
Capital expenditure tracking
Asset register maintenance
Depreciation management

5. Cost Accounting and Budgeting
Operational cost analysis

6. Financial Accounting and Reporting
General ledger management
Monthly financial reporting

Qualifications and Requirements

Education
Full Grade Twelve (G12) school certificate
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration
Professional qualification (ZICA, CA Zambia, ACCA, or CIMA) required by program completion

Experience
Recent graduates (within last two years)
1-2 years accounting experience preferred but not mandatory
